5. Offer Terms — Free Video Ad Promotion

We currently offer a free video ad to qualifying clients who commit to our ads management service for a minimum of 3 months.

Terms of Eligibility:

• You must sign a 3-month ads management agreement with Bonfire Media.

• The free video ad is subject to a maximum production timeline of 45 days from the start of the engagement.

• If the 3-month agreement is canceled early, standard video production fees will be charged retroactively.

• This offer is subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

6. No Performance Guarantees

You acknowledge and agree that all marketing services provided by Bonfire Media Co. LLC are inherently subject to variables outside of our control, including but not limited to market demand, industry trends, consumer behavior, algorithmic changes on advertising platforms, and the competitive landscape.

As such, we do not guarantee specific results, performance benchmarks, or return on investment. While we are committed to delivering high-quality strategy, creative, and media services, outcomes may vary from client to client. Any projections or statements about potential results are illustrative in nature and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of performance.

Your business success depends on a number of factors beyond our scope, and you agree to hold Bonfire Media Co. LLC harmless for performance fluctuations or unmet expectations due to external conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonfire Media and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business) arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service.

If liability is found, it will be limited to the amount paid by you for the Service, or $100 if no purchase has been made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
